Jagged ribbon trails particle

Hi, I’m trying to create a smoke using Ribbon particle emitter. The issue is that ribbon trails are extremely jagged straight lines. I read somewhere that I have to play with “Tessellation” values to smooth it out, but it literally changes absolutely nothing. those sharp angles remain whatever I put in Tessalation.
Does anyone know how to get rid of it so it looks smooth like a smoke

Decreasing of “Distance tessellation Strip Size” down to 0.01 and setting Velocity and Acceleration on Z axis to equal values actually helped. This way tangents smooth out sharp angles which aren’t so sharp if Velocity is the same for up movement.

Dude, is it smooth now? Cuz, mine is still edgy af.
