I’m learning UE 4.25 and am trying to get 2 different normal maps on a clear coat shader. I’m adding the ClearCoatBottomNormal as described here: https://docs.unrealengine.com/en-US/…mal/index.htmlhttps://docs.unrealengine.com/en-US/…mal/index.html
When I add the node, I get jagged reflections that seem caused by banding in the normal map. Is this expected behavior and how can I avoid it?
This happens regardless of what I plug in any of the normal slots (the usual and the ClearCoatBottomNormal).
Also, it’s not caused by the flatten normal node (see attachment), because it works fine when I disable the clearcoatbottomnormal.
Thanks in advance.
