Jagged mesh edges in Unreal 5

Not sure what is causing this. Screenshot from same animation playing on UE4 vs 5, looks very jagged in the new version.

In both versions of the engine I replaced the existing character mesh in the 3rd person template for testing. All settings on Epic in both versions and Anti-aliasing TAA 4x MSAA.

Its the virtual shadow map. you can switch it in project settings to ShadowMap. ProjectSettings->Engine->Rendering Shadows.
