Summary
Items such as Grapple Blade and Chug Cannon enter a 150 minute cooldown if you leave the game and join again WHILE a cooldown is active.
This is an issue with island using the Save Point device which saves your items, and if “Inifnite Charges” is set to OFF in Island Settings.

Steps to Reproduce
- Place a device with a Grapple Blade in it (Vending Machine, Item Spawner, Item Placer)
- Make sure “Infinite Charges” is set to OFF in the Island Settings
- Place a Save Point Device and enable “Save Loadout”, make sure Auto Save and Auto Load are set to ON
- Start the game, grab the Grapple Blade and use it until the cooldown kicks-in
- Leave the game
- Start the game again
PUBLIC GAME TESTING / QUICK REPRO
- Join this island: 0678-0014-4695
- Buy the Grapple Blade in the “ITEMS / HEALS” shop section, it requires Diamonds so head to the Password Terminal near the exit door and type: 237373 for quick diamonds
- Buy Remote Explosives in the same shop section, use them to eliminate yourself and press Jump to respawn when the promp pops up (this island only saves your loadout when you die or kill a player, to avoid weird glitches)
- Now use the Grapple Blade until it runs out of charges and leave the game when the cooldown begins
- Join the same island again
Expected Result
The Grapple Blade shouldn’t have a running cooldown when the player joins the island again
Observed Result
The Grapple Blade has a 150 minute cooldown, and this can only be resolved by buying a new one
