Summary
Items that have forced wraps (eg. Heisted and Lawless exotics, etc) and items that have weapon mods (eg. any Modular weapon and Holo Twister assault rifle, etc) appear incorrectly in item placer devices.

The item should retain its forced wrap if any as well as its weapon mods if any
