Thanks for the extra info, I see what you are saying.
That’s the sort of thing that should be included in the ‘Steps to Reproduce’ section of the bug report.
Issues that happen “Sometimes” would be a lot harder to fix though, so finding a way to reliably reproduce it 100% of the time would greatly increase the odds of a fix.
I tried setting up what you described, but I was not able to reproduce it
