Summary
item spawners full bugged, its spamming through weapons when displaying and when dropping them they are despawning straight away when however being in a zone with a lifespan of 30 seconds, idk if this is a bug formed when pacthing the unreleased weapons or what but pls fix
Steps to Reproduce
place item spawners, I think its when you have any more then like 30 because I think entity limits have been changed
Expected Result
guns sit on the spawner and dont disappear then reappear and when toss from spawner dont despawn within 5 seconds
Observed Result
the guns should sit idle until picked up then respawn or when tossed fall until the lifespan is up according to the mutator zone device.

Additional Notes
this has ruined about 5 of my maps with guns not being able to be picked up and another map with them dispawning straight away however the whole fundamental of the map of them falling to be picked up has been ruined.
