Item placer still showing item mesh after coming into render distance despite being picked up by another player

Summary

I’ve been facing an issue where if an item is picked up from an item placer device, players that did not have the device in their render distance when the item was picked up still see the item as if it was not picked up, but cannot interact with it.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Player 1 should have the item placer be out of viewing distance
  2. Player 2 picks up the item from the item placer
  3. Player 1 goes to the area where the item was

Expected Result

Player 1 should not be able to see the item or interact with it

Observed Result

Player 1 is able to see the item but cannot interact with it
