Summary
By clicking the button to pick up an item and hitting the grappler at the same time, a player can glitch the item spawner. Instead of only spawning 1 item it will continue spawning (not registering that the item as been taken). The item picked up event is not triggering.

Steps to Reproduce
Press “E” or “pickup” on an item in an Item Spawner while holding a grappler. As fast as possible, fire the grappler to pull yourself forward (before the item enters your inventory and gets picked up). This will cause the item to be there, dropped, but it can continue to spawn.
Expected Result
The Item Spawner should not spawn another item after the first item is taken.
Observed Result
The Item Spawner endlessly spawns items as long as the grappler exploit is continued.
