Hello!

We are building a music / LEGO experience using Patchwork. But there are both questions and problems using Patchwork. We have samples that need to loop perfectly which we can’t obtain. It might be because the Music Manager is not setting the right Key for the Note Sequencers.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Add Music Manager
  2. Add Note Sequencers
  3. Notice that they are not synced to the Music Manager key

Expected Result

The Music Manager and Note Sequencers should be in the same key.

Observed Result

They are not. Making it hard to get the samples to play seamlessly.

hi @TOMLINSTUDIO2, ryan from the patchwork team here. do you have any video you can share of the issue? we’ve never had any incidence of note sequencer playing in the wrong key, and I can’t reproduce it with the simple steps above, so there must be a subtle detail that I’m missing. a video would likely clear things up so we can best answer your question.

the title of the bug mentions the instrument player. it is certainly possible to make a custom fusion patch that makes the instrument player play out of key, depending on how the content is set up, so we can probably provide guidance there. but more details would be good, to make sure we’re not answering the wrong questions.
