Summary
The Monarch pistol, which appeared in Chapter 5 Season 4, had its description changed mid-season due to a malfunction in the pistol itself.
As a result, the description for the Monarch pistol was shared with the description for the Ranger pistol.
Even after the Monarch Pistol’s bug was fixed, the description still uses the same text as the Ranger Pistol.
In addition, there is a Hit Scan version of the Monarch Pistol with a Red Eye Sight, and it appeared in modes such as Reload, but it is not available in Creative and Uefn.

Open the Modular Monarch Pistol in Creative or Uefn.
Expected Result
The Modular Monarch pistol now has its original and correct description applied.
Hitscan versions of the Monarch Pistol are available in all rarities, from Common to Legendary or Mythic.
Observed Result
The description for the Modular Monarch Pistol is shared with that of the Ranger Pistol, and is therefore incorrect.
There is no hitscan version of the Monarch pistol.
