If you see the clip, you’ll notice that what’s in front of the player is too bright (the colors are lost even) until the player gets close, then everything becomes as it should.
English is not my native language so I don’t know exactly what to call this, but it’s a very strange behavior.
Most of the materials used have some metallic properties and I use a lot of emissive lights in my level, along with volumetric fog, atmosphere and all the other good stuff. There’s only one main light source though, a directional light. Everything else is from Lumen.
Any tips as to how to fix this without losing much of the aesthetic I’m looking for? Thank you!
