Issues with creating private code when publishing

Summary

I cannot create a private code when I go to publish my Island in creative mode. It either gives me a non-descriptive error or loads forever.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Enter island
  2. Click publish island
  3. The error happens

Expected Result

A private island code should be generated.

Observed Result

A non-descriptive error message pops up or it loads forever (see image)

Additional Notes

I recently joined the Fortnite development program and there is also downtime tonight in about 4 hours.
