Issues by importing 3D from Mixamo

Greetings everyone, first of all I want to say I am pretty new in Unreal Engine and so I am gradually learning how the tool works and getting familiar with the technology. I was playing around the environment and I wanted to import a 3D character from Mixamo by following some tutorial on Youtube. The process went smoothly however I’ve got an issue with a character in particular (called AJ in Mixamo) since it has been imported with a “white face”. So far it seems UE5 is generating a separated face from the one coming from Mixamo, and for this the texture is totally white, however I am not able to edit the texture properly since is an UE extension. I will show you some pic to make the issue clear:

Does somebody knows how to resolve this issue? Any workaround perhaps? I want to also mention that I did try another 3D from Mixamo (called Exo Red) but no issue with face, only with the eyes that are totally white.

Thanks!

No one knows how to resolve this issue?

I had the same problem and will put a link to a post that seems to resolve the issue here: Mixamo Character Texture/Material Problem? - #3 by q8joker1990
