Issue with normal map baking materials and merging actors

In 5.3

Whenever I try to bake out materials or merge an SM actor, the normal map is not baked correctly. Noticeable seams around the UV shells can be spotted. Its the very same effect when you bake without an averaged cage in any baking software like marmoset or substance.
