Issue with mesh.Holes on Normal\High reconstruction

Hello guys, I`m doing photogrammetry texture. After computing I get holes in mesh. What i’m doing wrong ?

Example on “Normal” quality.

Preview quality.

Did you set a reconstruction region before the reconstruction? If not, do so.

Yeah, same result.

Hi sliusanders,

did you search the forum yet?

I’m pretty certain there is a thread somewhere that covers exactly that…

Yes, I tried to find. If you say that there is a solution, I’ll try to look again.

While I’m looking for a solution on the forum, the same problem on another scan.

I just found it:

https://support.capturingreality.com/hc/en-us/community/posts/115000770951-Bug-858-area-in-mesh-missing

It says it doesn’t appear if reconstructed on High mode…

There seems to be no solution though, at least not as an answer - maybe you can ask for the status there?

That is strange - it looks as if it has been omitted entirely by the reconstruction, so it might be related to the depth maps?

How do I check it?

Oh, no idea, sorry.

Was just thinking out loud…

Did you try it with High detail?

What you could also try is to run another alignment and see if it’s different then…

Trying on High detail another mesh.
