Issue with Landscape Navigation. Need help!

Hello, I am working on a large project and am trying to use AI animals using waypoints to help guide them along. I have added the NavMeshBoundsVolume to it as well. My landscape is designed using the World Composition which is where I have the NavMesh and the animals added to in one area. The problem is this. All seems to be working perfectly in the sub-level, but it will not seem to work in the main primary when I test it out in game play? How can I fix this issue?
