Issue with Enrolling to Island Creator Program

Summary

I have an issue with Enrolling to the island creator program after filling in the Tax Interview
The problem was my account is way too old and I did have a Hyperwallet do not know when maybe when I was playing competitive,
So recently I tried to apply for the Island creator program
So it asked me while enrolling to fill in the email in the signature step and I did, and I received an email from Epic Games that they failed enrolling me and I have to change the my email…

That what they told me…
We’re ready to make a payment for your earnings from your Island Creator program participation. However, the email address you provided for your business entity is already in use by another account.

To update this, please do the following:

Sign in to your Island Creator account as applicable with the credentials you used to register for the program.
Select the TAX PROFILE on the SETTINGS tab.
Update the Email Address field and save changes.

So I did what they told me the issue is
when I changed the email and tried to continue with enrollment it took me back to fill in the interview again and now in the last step “signature” it asked me to fill in the Epic Games account email so I did fill the new email
It gave me an error and asked me to fill in the email that I started the enrollment with, and I did that as well it proceeds with nothing at all I never receive an email about anything nor anything happens for several days…
I tried to contact the live support with no hope for several days
Also created tickets with no hope as well I’m not sure how long and who I can contact to understand my main issue…
The issue can be fixed if the whole enrollment can be removed from my account and so I can do it from all over again without the continue enrollment

Who I can contact because Really I have been in this loop hole for several days without a single help to fix it, all the support doing is telling me to send them an email request to open ticket then nothing happens and I wait for days then open another ticket it is the same

then after a few days the ticket closes without a solution I’m like what…
idk what to do…

Continue Enroll Process after Epic Games account Changed

Expected Result

Cannot finish the Enroll process and get my island creator program activated.
