This report is on behalf of a friend
The main issue is this
In creative 1.0 having tested and setup a prop hunt map with everything working randomly now all the device events now have some delay.
For example
When you run a timer or trigger a trigger to open a door after 40 seconds you actually need to set the timer/trigger to 23 seconds due to a delay then when the 23 seconds is up it waits some time then opens the door at around 40 seconds. If the timer or trigger are set to 40 seconds it doesnt open the door till about 57 seconds.
Further more
When a player is eliminated then should turn on a switch for that player this is also delayed. A player counter checks and counts players this is also delayed
Its like every device on the map now has this weird delay and in creative 1.0 ive never seen this and its broken the map entirely

The map has been published before and it semi worked in the published version but this delay has only started happening today in the private creative session
If Epic could look into this project but the creative version not the published version and see if anything is wrong as this is a complete mystery
