Dear Epic Support Team,
We are currently encountering an issue with our Epic Pro Support portal. Although we have not submitted any confidential questions under our account, the system is displaying a message indicating that our organization has reached the maximum number of confidential questions allowed for this license period.

Kindly look into this issue and let us know when we can resume posting confidential queries as part of our Epic Pro Support license, which includes up to 15 confidential questions.
