Issue while cooking project on windows VM

Hello, I faced with such issue, after tried to cook project on VM. Maybe somebody already has such issue, I will appreciate your help or advices.

VM specs:
Processor Common KVM processor 2.00 GHz
Installed RAM 16.0 GB
System type 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor
GPU - absent

You can change VM CPU id ( see QEMU / KVM CPU model configuration — QEMU documentation if )
