[Issue] SceneData is NULL in FPrimitiveSceneInfo::UpdateComponentLastRenderTime after upgreade to UE5.7

I am using the official Unreal Engine build. I was previously on 5.6.1 and everything worked fine, but after recently upgrading to 5.7.1, I frequently encounter a null pointer crash:
