Summary
I only noticed this amongst other issues after 36.0 update.
Depending on where the player spawns in the world and the world streaming load range anything inside this distance/range works as intended but as soon as the player goes outside of this range the behavior is messed up.
In my example i use a custom bp prop that is the Red Mushroom. Everything should work as the initial spawn loading range. World Stream is turned off on the asset (Red Mushroom) and this does not help in any way. never distance cull is also off and again does not help.

Steps to Reproduce
Place an asset in the map have world streaming enabled and attach the asset to the prop manip device. Outside the range it will hide the prop but the collision is still there and itll keep granting items.
Expected Result
It should work as the load range assets. World streaming should not make assets/device not work. Also the never stream does nothing so this also needs a look at.
