[ ISSUE ] Not being able to update your game due to your own original thumbnail is taken by others.

Summary

EPICs update broke many of my Games and i had to Update them so they are playable again.. When i had the updates ready i tried to submit them for review but i couldnt submit due to the fact my own original thumbnail flagged as “That thumbnail’s taken, try another”. From the 5 of my Games thumbnail i had to change 4 of them to be able to submit a review! This is a major problem.. how can i get blocked from submiting updates using my own & original thumbnails?

@Flak Hello Flak! A serious problem that forces us to change our own & original thumbnails cause they flagged as taken by others. From 5 thumbnails i had to change 4.. and i got many more updates to do.

This was a problem before and when you attempt to change the thumbnail the person with a similar word in the same font the Word “Weapon” and “Game” looked the same with Windows 11 checks and changing the Words using another font fixed this.

Yes there is a chance if you change the text with a different font to get accepted.. but the thing is i am not making the thumbnails but i pay others.. so i will have to contact the artist to change it.. also previously you could push an update with the risk to not get seen in some categories.. now you cant even submit the update.
