Issue loading/creating projects

Summary

I installed UEFN for the first time yesterday and have been experiencing this error since every time i try to create a new Project or try to load a previous Fortnite Creative map. I’ve tried verifying the files, reinstalling the software, and whitelisting it in my firewall, among other troubleshooting steps. However, I haven’t been able to find any solutions online. I previously used Unreal Engine 5 without any issues, so I find it strange that this is causing problems.

I would also like to add that there’s errors in my Message Log.

Thanks!

Hello Pidge,

Welcome to the Forums,

Don’t worry about the ‘Load Errors’ we all get those currently.

A google search turned up this thread about the other error though. So check your accolade devices in your existing FNC map.

Unsure why you’d be getting that error when creating a new map though.

Hi, thank you for the warm welcome and your reply.

Both errors appear when I launch UEFN, even before loading or creating any projects. Unfortunately, none of these maps contain Accolade Devices, as they are brand new. The maps I tried loading were from Creative 1.0, but the error also occurs with completely new projects. I’m not sure what’s causing this issue—it might be a bug, but it wasn’t resolved with last night’s update either.
