Issue | Landscape Flatten Being Raised

I am working on recreating a real-world landscape in UE5. I have managed to import a LIDAR height map into the engine, but it is rendering trees and buildings incorrectly. I am not sure how to fix these other than by manually editing them.

I want to select the height of the landscape and then ‘flatten’ the points. However, for some reason it is flattening but raising the landscape. I think this has something to do with the Flatten Target being around -1260.

How can I remove the trees and buildings so that I am just left with the landscape elevation?
