Summary
After the lights reconstruction, most of the textures in the scene are ruined. See attached image. I’m using the VR Template with UE 5.4 and I haven’t changed the default settings except the light map resolution for some geometries (walls, floor) that I imported. What does it depend on? Thanks

Expected Result
As seen in pretty much all the tutorials on the topic “Lighting Needs to be Rebuilt” I would expect to see an improvement in the definition of lights and shadows while still maintaining the textures present in the scene. Please help me, I don’t understand why.
Observed Result
After the rebuilt the scene is practically unwatchable because most of the textures have degenerated
