ISM/HISM components are not transferred to LUF

Summary

The instances themselves in ISM\HISM remain on FLU, which breaks the transformation when copying Rotation from SM → ISM instance.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Add the Actor ISM component.
  2. Create an Instance.
  3. Place the SM with the same world transformation.
  4. Copy the SM → ISM instance transformation.

Expected Result

Rotation does not break and should be the same as that of the initial actor.

Observed Result

Rotation breaks completely, which visually moves the ISM instance to another location.
