yes we have good looking Clouds in UE4,
and we have good looking Plants and Materials too in UE4,
but in my opinion we don’t have a good looking water material like in the Video.

that water is koolas work, rendered in unreal 4
you can literately create anything you want in unreal, you just have to put your mind to it and spend the time learning
The material editor is incredibly powerful, but you will have to build your own ocean shader.
Ocean materials are a pretty common topic, you can easily find threads and tutorials for how to put one together, there just isn’t one included out of the box.
