Summary
Three private versions of my island have been stuck on In-Island Transactions “Processing” since about 10am ET on Oct 28: 5904-3123-4616, 9586-3746-3209 and 3433-4850-1185. The island has no in-island transactions or purchase devices. 3433 is a comment-only change of 9586, and it’s stuck the same way. Create release is greyed out on all three. Can you reset or rerun the scan?

Steps to Reproduce
- Upload a private version from UEFN (Project > Publish Project). The island has no in-island transactions, offers or purchase devices.
- In the Creator Portal, open the project’s Private Versions tab.
- The In-Island Transactions column shows “Processing” and never finishes.
- Click Create release on that version and wait for the checks.
Expected Result
The scan finishes with “No entitlements” (as it did for this island’s earlier versions) and Create release can continue.
Observed Result
In-Island Transactions stays on “Processing” for 5904-3123-4616, 9586-3746-3209 and 3433-4850-1185, starting around 10am ET on Oct 28. Create release reports “In-Island Transactions: Failed. You can’t create a new release with this version because it has in-island transaction errors.” and Continue is greyed out. All other checks pass.

Additional Notes
Versions of this island uploaded before Oct 28 finished the scan as “No entitlements”. UEFN’s own entitlement check says “No entitlements to validate” on every upload, and publishing validation passes. 3433-4850-1185 was a control upload with only a code comment changed from 9586-3746-3209, and it is stuck the same way. Epic Support chat directed me to report this here.
