We check the music labels again (the sound track is not protected and is free to use) and appealed
After two days the sanction was lifted, but in the creator portal the submission is still displayed as failed.

After the sanction is lifted, the release is “green”
This is not the first time it happened (false positives are every rejection reason and they happen way too often, they disrupt the release process and it is very stressful, we have to apply and prove we did nothing wrong and wait days)
I do not think there is a way to contact again about the matter that was resolved/lifted.
It seems like it is a bug in the portal. If lifted → should be not failed.
If every rejection is false positive, then the process needs to be changed. Is there no way to communicate my issue to the appropriate team internally?
Please put in a case with Creator Support and select “Island Issues”. Fill in as much information as you can about what is happening in the subject and description.
Hmm it redirects to self help / player support. I only got ai responses from player support ( and from past interactions it seems they never escalate any issue )
Using creator support was waste of time, I got generic response it doesn’t have anything to do with the issues I reported.
