Summary
My Fortnite island submission has been stuck in “In Review” for more than 23 hours.
I also cannot cancel the submission because every cancel attempt fails with an error.
Because of this, I am completely locked and unable to fix bugs or publish a corrected version.
This appears to be a stuck moderation/review issue.

Steps to Reproduce
- Submit a Fortnite island for publishing.
- Wait for review process.
- Review remains stuck in “In Review” for 23+ hours.
- Try to cancel the submission.
- Cancel request fails and island remains locked.
Expected Result
The island review should either complete, reject, or allow cancellation so the creator can update and republish the island.
Observed Result
The review never finishes and cancellation fails, leaving the island locked and preventing any bug fixes or new publish attempts.

The review has now been stuck for more than 23 hours with no approval or rejection.
I also cannot cancel the submission because the cancellation request fails every time.
This completely blocks me from fixing bugs and publishing an updated version of the island.
