set island matchmaking privacy to “private only”

Expected Result

When joining a private mode, no one else can join except your friends.

Observed Result

when you join is into a public lobby, the private mode is no longer working.

Could you let us know which of these is happening?

  • I log into my island in Private mode, and people who are not on my friend list can join my island/Match.
  • I set my Island Settings in UEFN to Private only, and people can launch it in public mode?

Here’s an example of a map that is set to private-only mode, but when you join, it puts you into a public game that has already started.
