Island lagging when the most "fat" cell is only 70k/100k memory

Sorry I made a little mess with my last post, was late at night.
I was worried about the shadows and physics of the models only,

I was thinking instead of several objects revolving around an axis, if its possible to join all the parts with modelling tool so only one object is revolving around an axis.

However I would have thought the engine could handle them anyway.

I should have mentioned the green stuff seperately.
How are you checking the logic of the player, they look like mutator zones ?
Are you using Verse ?
