I would like to join the island creator program. We are an Italian studio (MONOGRID) and we are having this problem in accepting as island creators to be able to make our island public.
Currently we both meet the requirements to be. To be safe, we bought over $75 worth of Fortnite items today to be enabled, but we’re not yet.
We believe it’s a bug on our EPIC account, is it possible to verify it somehow? is anyone else having this problem?
