Island Calibrating for weeks with several players

Summary

My island has hundreds of players everyday . it was posted on November 2024 . the calibration is always pending even tho the amopunt of players.
since it was published the island has NEVER gotten any XP

I think it might be because you are publishing new versions;
Each time you publish and update it resets calibration / removes awarding xp
Once my map had it and it only calibrated a day or two after I got some players then after that I published a new release but it removed the awarding of xp after the new update.

I checked your update history on the map and I think you aren’t getting anything now because of the updates you did recently

No this is not the reason. I have another island with the same amount of player. And everytime I piblish a new version calibration takes like 5 hours.

This case. Its a bug. Because a saw a bunch of other tickets publishing this.

FOR MONTHS NOW @Flak I even put new accolades and made them give less XP
and nothing.

Could you link me to where you saw tickets for this so I can check on them? I haven’t heard of this happening to anyone since January, and the tickets were closed.

my island its been 5 months like this. 3000 plays a day. it has never had XP Calibrate for 5 months now.

Do you think changing my island’s public code will fix this?
Or could it be an item inside the island that’s causing the error?
There are lots of activations but zero XP — it’s been six months now. @Flak

but for the record.

May 8th 2025 I migrated the island to a new code and FINALLY i got XP!!!

but!! May 26th while awarding XP the island switch back to calibration with average 50 players at all times.

i publish a new version after that trying to recover it… its been 24 hours and it is still calibrating.
with 50-80 players

this is the new CODE: 3489-1200-9160
I am so sad this is happening only to me… i don’t know what inside the island is causing this, there is only 2 accolades devices.

I have a suspicious that I have about 200 chair devices and this might be causing that.
but this is only an assumption

Edit- UPDATE its been 38 hours.
And now Im permanently in calibration again…
