is therer a way to reduce the expense?

i made a shader using translucency and scenecolor. it looks like doing something unnecessarily. i guess it is due to from far to near rendering. is therer a way to reduce the expense?

this video shows that i can only see the front one, but the back looks like still doing a lot of computation.
