Is there a way to make the interior cubemap look deeper?

my goal: make this hallway look endless
reality: the hallway cuts off and breaks immersion

You can do this in a variety of ways:

Alternatively you can use shaders and move the textures using the camera view and position. This will essentially make it look like it is endless.
