Is there a way to make dynamic ExponentialHeightFog?

I want it to be like moving clouds on the ground.
Is there a better way then scattering a lot of particle emitters?

It’s UDK but the principles are the same and can be utilized in UE4 with minimal differences

Thanks, I’v found myself just using duplicated particle system, It seems like it working good.
This is not a good idea for a big world though…
