Is there a way to filter materials for only mesh?

I have a mesh but 20 more materials for this mesh and 100+ for those don’t for this mesh
when I choose to change skin for mesh and the scroll bar is very short to sliding
so how to make them display those materials only affect just one mesh?

Could you post a video of the problem? and, if it’s ok, write your posting in your native language and run it through a translator?
