Is sampling global (in level) vector fields possible with niagara yet?

Cascade could do it iirc. And other engine do as well.
Is this planned or maybe hidden away in a custom module?

Currently a local field can be used per emitter but I want creatures and object in the level to interact with particles realistically in a fluid and vector fields would allow me to do this.

Could we get clarity if this would be possible? It would greatly enhance overall environmental effects needed for our project.
