Is it true that the coordinate system has changed starting with Unreal Engine 5.6?

I heard that Unreal Engine is changing its coordinate system. So when will it start to take effect, what should existing users do, and when will they only use the changed coordinate system?

If I change the coordinate system, do I have to change all the rotation transformations again?

Are you sure it´s not unreal engine directly?

Was much easier to work with top-perspective when X and Y were in the right directions ^^
