I want to create a waterfall using Niagara simulation, if I choose CPUSim under Sim Target fps dropps to 30, but if I choose GPUCompute Sim everything is great with fps, but whenever I turn the camara away from the simulation it resets. So, how can I optimize my simulation and keep number of particles using CPUSim, or is it possible to stop Niagara from resetting simulation when I turn the camera away from it using GPUCompute Sim?
Hey there @StarDust853! Welcome back to the community! So Niagara visibility and runtime depends on bounding boxes. My usual workaround is increasing the bounding box size, but depending on the weight of the system this could be inefficient since culling particles is necessary for performance.
