Is it possible to have mirrors reflect even at low settings? Or atleast not show random mountains and stuff?

So on low settings the mirrors are showing mountains and stuff that doesn’t exist in map. Is it possible to change it? It’s kind of a bummer

What do you want to show? An actual reflection? That is based on the users device and settings? Or do you want to show something specific - you can do that with materials.

When a user is on low settings, the mirror shows random nonsense like mountains etc. It’s basically a fake reflection. It happens automatically so I was wonder if there was a way to change the default fake reflection so that people dont see that

That’s probably from a default reflection map. I’m not sure if there’s a way to change that but you could probably create your own ‘fake’ reflection by making a material with a cube map. Might be a lot of work but you could look up tutorials on using cube map materials for Unreal for those few mirror objects you have.
