Is it possible to change the length of bone via blueprints?

I am trying to build a motor hanging on a rope driving up and down…
To make the motor drive up&down, i would like to change the length of one bone of the steelrope.
Is that possible via BP?

All i want is that motor driving up&down, while the spiralcable is still reacting to the new heigth (stretching)
The parent of this object should move on x&y and the whole object should react to its moving by wiggle.
