Is it possible to bake a lamp with subsurface scattering material using static lighting?

Hey, I’m trying to bake a lamp using subsurface materials to make it look like it has light coming from beneath, but whenever i bake lighting using static lighting it doesnt work. It only works when i use stationary or moveable lights. is it possible to fix this? pics below. both baked with production lighting. one has all the lights on stationary and the other where its not working with static lighting

No, subsurface is only done with dynamic lighting(with Stationary or Movable lights). You can use really small dynamic lights like in your example or make an emissive texture with a bit of parallax to get a similar appearance.
