Is it possible to add a light function to an emissive material?

Essentially the title.

I’m looking to create a flicker for my lights, and I’ve already made the light function material. Is there a way to apply this to my emissive material that I’m unaware of?

Could you show your light flicker function? There are many ways to do it.

The easiest way is to use a sin wave. It’s more of a pulse than flicker, so this may not be what you want.
