Hi, I have been testing a new hair shader on my characters, the one provided when you download a Metahuman, and I noticed this wierd ghosting around the hair when I moved the camera. Thought it was an issue with the shader but apparently its an issue with DFAO! I read the description of DFAO and says “Implement Shadows Of Movable Skylights From STATIC MESHES”, so I dont understand why is it creating DFAO on a character.
Even tried to see the DFAO in the Visualizer and yes it is indeed creating a rim around the character, even when the character isnt near a static object.
Even tho the rim around the character appears in the visualizer, it doesnt really seem to affect the visual of the character while I am playing the game, it still causes a huge shimmer along the strands of the hair that are shadowed.
AO is disabled from the project.
Global DF when disabled caused no difference.
DFAO Turned Off Eliminated the issue.
Yes I tested this on another blank project with Cinematic scalability, same issue.
Is this intended behaviour or should I report this?
