Is anyone having issues getting the export result to equal the on-screen rendered result? I'm having issues with the exported image living up to the PT On-Screen Render.

I had an issue with the DX12 being active in the setting panel, but PT reported that it was not active. That has been fixed.

When I have an on-screen rendered model, it looks good and is what I expected. Then when I report that rendered image, the image is not the same as the on-screen render. This issue is with the ground and painted vegetation.

Any Ideas on what is happening, and is there a fix or recommendations?

Thanks.

PT Rendered Export (Default High Settings)

The painted sand/shell texture is missing, and the ground sculpt is also missing.

NON-PT Render (Same file, different textures)

There is an odd stripe. I did not place that there.

Looks to me as if you have a z-plane fighting issue..as in multiple planes at the same z height with different materials applied.

I'll look into that. Thanks...

Hi ,

As mentioned by Renerabbitt1, that could be caused by a z-fighting issue on your ground plane.

If that isn't the case, could you submit your files through a bug report here so our support team can investigate if this could be caused by something else? When sharing your Twinmotion file, be sure to use the Resource Collector in Twinmotion's Edit menu to compress your files to package all texture data for easy sharing.
