I have been working on a scene in Unreal and have been having difficulties with the building the lighting for the leaves on my trees. Every time I build the lighting the leaves get unusual shadows as seen in the image below. I adjusted the Vertex Normals in Maya as per this tutorialinstructed. They are set to foliage double sided in the material editor. They also have a blank normal texture.
I have also shut off the cast shadow on the Skylight. I have been looking through forums quite a bit but to no avail.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
